We are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly and accurately as possible.

Processing Time:

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Pre-Orders & Out of Stock Items:

If an item is out of stock at the time of purchase, your order will automatically be placed as a pre-order. Customers will be notified separately by email regarding the estimated shipment date. Pre-order items will be shipped as soon as they become available.

Shipping Destinations:

We currently ship within the United States only.

Shipping Rates:

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and the total weight of your order.

Delivery Time:

Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment, depending on your location and the shipping carrier.

Delays:

Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, carrier delays, or peak seasons. Premium Epicerie is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Incorrect Address:

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
